Updates
Update Raydo and recover from update problems.
Raydo desktop builds include update support for standard installations. Portable and enterprise builds may follow a different update policy.
Update checklist
Check the app update prompt or the Release Notes page.
Close running work if the update requires restart.
Install the update.
Reopen Raydo and confirm your projects, connections, and recent runs are still visible.
When an update fails
- Restart Raydo and check the update prompt again.
- Confirm network access to the Raydo update endpoint.
- If the app launches but runtime status changed, export diagnostics from Raydo before deleting local data.
Do not delete local data first
Raydo stores local work, history, and diagnostics. Deleting app data should be a last resort after exporting diagnostics.
